Shipping and Returns
CareOstomySupplies.com offers free shipping within Canada* on all orders $125 or over, before taxes. If your order's subtotal is less than $125 (before taxes), we charge a flat $9 fee for shipping within Canada*. Note, all prices and shipping fees are in Canadian dollars.

All orders that are received before 3:00 pm (PST)* will be shipped from our warehouse within 24-48 hours pending any order discrepancies, large volume days due to special sales/offers, weekends and statutory holidays. Shipments are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Shipments are delivered using Canada Post, depending on your location (a courier may be utilized for special circumstances). If a courier is used, a tracking number will be provided to you after you place your order.
Delivery on standard Canada Post orders are between 4 to 9 business days; Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once the product is shipped you will receive a tracking number, the tracking number will indicate when you should receive your package.
We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. You may return your unused items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a complete refund or replacement.
- Because the products are medical supplies, items that are returned must be new, unaltered, and in original unopened packaging.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from CareOstomySupplies.com before any items can be returned. Please call us at (1-855-876-3035) or email (email@example.com) to receive an RMA number and instructions on where to ship the return.
- The purchaser(s) are responsible for return shipping and insurance, except in the event of an error by CareOstomySupples.com. We suggest obtaining a tracking number. Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable, except in the event of CareOstomySupplies.com error.
- Certain items cannot be returned - these items are clearly marked "No Returns" in the product description. Please be sure before ordering these products.
- "Special Order" marked as special order may be subject to a restocking fee or have other restrictions on returns. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out if any restrictions or restocking fees apply to the Special Order item.
